6)Double Safety Control, Safer to Use: Safety is the lifeline of the enterprise, so the safety of the equipment chosen has been paid closest attention; At all the slag removing places of QM-2 coal grasifier, extensive waterseal explosion preventing grooves are set pervasively; At the time of pressure rising, the pressure can be released in time and the explosion protection is delicate and effective. This is the first safety control. The second safety control is dedicated gas releasing and exausting equipment, which should be opened when the furnace stops in order to exaust the gas gathered in the main pipe and prevent the gas from being sucked back into the bore to explode when meeting fire.
